RETURNS

If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not within our control,
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Cancellation or modification of the order

We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to info@belleetradieuse.com

Beyond this time, the ordered items will already be in the process of being shipped.

In this case, you must wait for delivery and return the items to us for a refund (product cost + shipping). Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is accepted, your items will be refunded no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned product, to which must be added the interbank delay of 3 to 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@belleetradieuse.com .

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the postal address that will be communicated to you by email via customer service.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
